Our Story
Sips & Swirls Dessert Bar is a local, family owned, candy store and sweet treat destination located at 8125 S. Harvard Ave., in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In August of 2025, Tadd and Kylie Bogan purchased Sips & Swirls from its founder, Tracy Ogg. Although Tracy sold the business to Tadd and Kylie, she remains involved with product development and ensuring that Sips & Swirls continues to deliver the best homemade chocolate bars (Dubai chocolate bars & angel hair bars), strawberry cups, and banana cups in town.
Despite having full-time jobs, and a baby on the way, Tadd and Kylie purchased Sips & Swirls because they're both big kids at heart. The moment they walked into the whimsical world of Sips & Swirls Dessert Bar, they knew that it would be their second home!
